Worse than just tampering, BHO and the Pelosi/Reid cabal are simply ignoring it as irrelevant to their plans. Franklin Delano Roosevelt's Second Bill of Rights represents their beliefs, but in general they are acting as though the current Constitution doesn't exist, therefore, no additional Amendments are necessary. It's frightening to see the policies being pursued that are so aligned with FDR's vision of the nanny state gone wild.
