Stephen - you stated "How many here have heard of more than a handful of companies that have this much clarity?" I guess my question is - sooner or later - a company like a Lucent (with many whiz bang people) would eventually create something having the same clarity - and they have a lot more marketing muscle etc. Thus - Franklin must strike while the iron is hot. Though - even if others do come up with similar quality etc. - the market seems to be big enough for everyone. Though technology might create short-term strategic advantages - the important thing is the type of strategic alliances that will be created or are not created.
