Oh bummer! Maybe you can't spend money that you don't have but everyone else can. Have you never heard of credit? The best time to borrow is just before run away inflation. The money you pay back is worthless than the money you spent. The items you bought with the credit are now worth more than the money you paid for them, It is also easier to pay off the credit with cheaper dollars. Inflation is the borrowers friend.
