actually no matter. i figure that the transplants from all over, including africa, to all over, including xinjiang, more than likely share some commonalities that would sharpen the desirable traits or exagerate the bothersome characteristics, depending on specific circumstances and on whether the transplanted community hang close together or not, and on whether the reciving community is welcoming or not, and whether assimilation is genuine or not.
folks who depend on good helpful nature and education etc to survive and prosper will react and act in one way,
and folks who depend on confrontation and street smart exercise to live will act and react in some other way,
and in every ways, just handing out entitlement out of laziness to genuinely do the right acts or out of guilt is probably not the right thing, but then that presupposes that guilt is as charged, which, in the case of the american empire, borne of theft, robbery, genocide, and mob rule fraud, is easy to convict as guilty per charged, especially as its soldiers continue to do globally what was done locally for so long and yet, really so short a time. |
