Well it is not funny so it is not a joke and it is racist, but the guy is not even an offical of the party. He is nothing more than a losing candidate. That doesn't excuse it, but I don't think the guy is a leader in the Republican party. There are a lot of so called activists in both parties who have run and lost who don't represent the mainstream of the party. lj
