Paul, I think it's more arrogant to sell PC's and not give the proper support to the people purchasing them. (Dell is rated the best when it comes to a variety of quality issues, unlike Compaq, which rates the worst. This will have a far more corrossive effect on market share and the inverse effect for Dell.) If Dell has nothing special to offer, then why is the entire PC industry trying to change to emulate them (Dell). Well folks, looks like another bear head for the den. I think it would look nice over the fireplace, don't you. Adios, JH p.s. sanity?
