Speaking on CNN's "State of the Union," the House Democratic leader said: "I would rather just stick with the initiative that we have, get it out faster if we can, but not worry about doing another stimulus package." Some Democrats and economists have said more stimulus is needed in addition to the $787 billion package adopted in January because unemployment, currently at 9.5 percent, has risen faster than previous anticipated.
