Read the line at the bottom of the online document that cites the law making it a legally binding document,

An ignorant statement.

The document states that it is "prima facie" evidence.....not that it is legal binding. After a prima facie case has been presented in Court, the burden shifts to the other party to refute it. Prima facie evidence raises a presumption which can be overcome with the introduction of other competent evidence.

So why don't you read the document and follow you own advice about where to put it, dipshit.
