Glenn,
Tax loss selling also a factor. Most people have gains in their portfolios so selling ASND to offset gains makes sense. However, new buyers will be in for a nice upside move. ASND is building a new base and this might take some time. I agree insider sales at this level are meaningless. I shorted SUNW at 35 before the big up move to 53. One of my main factors was 800,000 insider sales at between 28 and 33. These officers don't care with their option programs. They just sell on a regular schedule.
