The black officer wasn't in the house witnessing the exchange between Crowley and Gates. AFAIK, nothing that happened inside the house is the subject of doubt. Do you know of some disputed issue about events inside the house? The police report seemed well written and sufficiently detailed to me. More importantly, the "victim" in this case appears to be a Howard Zinn clone who wants to blame whitey for everything. The officer in this case has been Palin-ized by the Left, which is your MO. No truth, no honesty.
