I don't understand why the Democrats don't just SAY THAT!!!! This whole thing about FINING small businesses is the DUMBEST thing I've ever heard. Reread Bill Moyers on the healthcare lobbyists plan with Obama and the dems(and reps too!). lobbyists' money is working.
