A Question: With the "technium"'s interpretation of how progress appears to ensue on its own as a backdrop, and in a manner that would appear counter to the mandate to improve efficiencies every 18 to 24 months, is there an issue surrounding the wisdom of artificially limiting the improvements to trading automation ostensibly for the sake of safeguarding the interests of a select group of traders who are not outfitted to compete, similar to how advances in genetics are sometimes controlled along moral lines?
