Not true. She was brought in during the high tech bubble bust while high tech stocks were tumbling. The company share value stablized under her leadership but she didn't return it to previous values as she had promised share holders. The Company however did not change strategies under the leadership of the CEO who followed her and the company continues to do well. Fiorini got fired.
