so to be clear, in the ideal world, the free market would insure that we have a health system that works, but in the real world, this is not at all the case? i was simply showing the evidence against the frequent claim that it is the "free market" of big pharma to which we should all bow in obeisance for the wonderful life saving gifts they bring us...
