N: so to be clear, in the ideal world, the free market would insure that we have a health system that works, but in the real world, this is not at all the case? yes a free market would be ideal, but right now we don't have one. ------------- N: i was simply showing the evidence against the frequent claim that it is the "free market" of big pharma to which we should all bow in obeisance for the wonderful life saving gifts they bring us... insurance captured big pharma and government, and now they all have us by the short hairs.
