Hi Geof, would you please help me out with the following.

Paradyne, now part of Texas Pacific will develop and sell DSL products, is a licensee of CAP.

The unit that had developed the technology (CAP) is now GlobeSpan, a private company that will license CAP to any interested vendor.

Lucent will develop the transceivers (2 chips) and sell it to anyone who wants.

Please let me know if the above is correct.
