I'd expect the whole jury thing to involve a huge amount of boredom, but not having experienced it directly, I'd certainly like to do it once. Just like fall 2006 was the first time I ever walked into my local polling station and voted in a booth. I'd voted absentee my entire adult life before that.

Given the crime blotters I read in Fairfax County here, I wouldn't expect anything except a petty criminal case which would probably be pretty obvious. We'll see. Not having been called at all makes me think the odds are thin.
