I can already conclude that the professor was acting like an arrogant jerk.

The only thing I can conclude about the police officer was that he made an unnecessary arrest, even in the face of the professor's behavior.

Rather than cry racism, which is what the left is good at, why not go back to the basics of an orderly society and respect authority? What the professor did wasn't civil disobedience, and for him to pretend otherwise sets race relations back a decade or two.
