In an extreme reaction to McCain's one task at the time, Obama wants to show that he can do multi tasking, however he bites more than he can chew. In other words, I agree with you.

I would rather have health care issue be addressed in his second year, rather than a mumbo jumbo quilt where he and congress are exempted from the system.
