Well, in the case of health care, one pill means continuing on our current path — a path along which health care premiums will continue to soar, the number of uninsured Americans will skyrocket and Medicare costs will break the federal budget.

And the other poll also means following a path along which federal medical insurance costs will break the federal budget, and it also means either following a path where costs will continue to soar, or one where quality increases slow down, and perhaps even in some ways reverse.
