I do think that the people in the healthcare industry should be seeing Obama's healthcare plan as a threat to them personally. And I think that the Doctors, nurses, pharms, insurance companies and hospitals should take a look at their policies and put some changes on the table that say "look, we can manage ourselves, we don't need the nannystate to address the problems in healthcare".

There are obviously issues in healthcare. Things have gotten out of control. But it is absurd to think we can solve the problems without looking at how we got to the current situation. And further, it is absurd to think that the government can come up with a solution that doesn't further mess things up.
