Yeah, they were printing and distributing unequally, which is crony capitalism at its worst. These days you don't look for solid company management to invest in, rather, ones like Goldman with arms and legs inside the government. It was more true under W, right now somewhat less, but still much present. All the same people are in the government, except a few at the top. "Change" is that bought Republicans were replaced by bought Democrats. It was all revealed during this crisis -g-
