What do will you consider to be the factors of stability in Pakistan and Afghanistan which would be sufficient to allow us to exit?

That's just it......I don't think those areas will stabilize for a long time. I think we have to do like we did in Iraq. Train them up and then get out and hope they can't keep things stabile.
