And Whalen may be denying and minimizing her involvement due to pressure and fear of being sued or punished for "racially profiling" - thus her and her lawyers concern about denying she mentioned race. She works for Harvard alumni magazine btw and is subject to pressure. Its strange she's speaking through a lawyer. Whalen was standing in the crowd when Crowley asked if the 911 caller was there. She raised her hand. He said he would get back to her. He never did. How he got two black men with backpacks I don't know. Either he lied or he did poor investigative research. You take your pick. You all don't have any problem turning Gates into the racist black man but you are mighty protective of Crowley. How come?
