They won't be honest about the euthanasia thing. Words like death with dignity, reducing suffering, will be used.

Studies show 1/4 of Dutch doctors have killed patients without their consent. When you encourage doctors to hurry death along, don't press to save lives, they'll take the hint and start acting on their own. People joke about doctors having god complexes already. Give them the power to end life and many will take it.
