The dirty little secret is that some doctors already act on their own and what they really want is legal cover. I was in the room when my Mother's doctor asked her if she wanted him "to end your suffering." She nodded in the affirmative. Later that day she was moved to the Hospice facility across the street, put into a morphine coma and was dead three days later. I'm sure mine isn't the only story like that out there. I'm sure this was discussed with all of those "medical experts" who met with The One in the oval office awhile back.
