Theo here is another story....He is engaged in some sort of fractured monologue.

I don't like what he's doing, but I'd guess he's just trying to mess this thread up the same way that Mr. Charters and others that are trying to drive IPM down are messing up the IPM thread. I doubt that Theo's up to the number of posts that Mr. Charters posted on the IPM thread yet.
