Gosh darnit....John, I was just thinking the same thing (though not in as much detail). Makes lots of sense to me. Talking to my broker and uncle at Smith Barney about making markets in stocks today, I brought up the case of ISGI/TWT. Of course, concentrating on the Fords, Sears, IBM's of the world, he never heard of ISGI. However, moving away from his desk on the 21st floor of the high rise bldg with glass mirrored windows, he put in a few calls to the boyz down below and lo and behold he proclaims what would a major firm be doing time in penny stocks! He said (in his raspy voice) alas.....must be preparing for something else on the horizon. The perfect solution to share dilution (sp?) and lack of coverage from the 'big boyz' on Wall St. Joel
