"lie, why do you lie to defend racists ?"

It isn't a lie. Harry was there as President and CEO of the Black Chamber of Commerce. And, as such, was speaking for tthe BCoC which styles itself as the voice of black businessmen.

This is their mission statement

Mission Statement

The National Black Chamber of Commerce is dedicated to economically empowering and sustaining African American communities through entrepreneurship and capitalistic activity within the United States and via interaction with the Black Diaspora.

As Z correctly noted, Harry wasn't there as a US citizen, he was there as a self-appointed spokesperson for black businesses. And when his status was challenged, he immediately turned it into a racial thing. What Boxer did was point out that not only were black voices not uniformly behind Alford, his primary evidence to back his position was funded by Exxon and other, more independent studies reached opposite conclusions,

In other words, she greatly weakened his stand. Which is why he tried to turn it into a racial thing. As is obvious from the clip.
