I do not understand how the Bank of Canada predicted the end of the recession and growth by the end of the forth quarter in Canada.

What on earth is wrong with the idiots that run these NG companies? If OPEC can set limits then why not the NG producers? Are they destined to remain idiots forever and forego profits. Get together and raise prices MORONS!
I hate to say this, but OPEC only controls production not price. The price is controlled by the thieves on Wall Street.
