Those silly investors, wanted to look at their balance more than once. Hey Kathy Levinson! They're checking more than once because your server times out before the transmission is complete! Assuming that any response occured at all!

Or perhaps once somebody gets through, they can't believe their eyes, so they do it again to convince themselves they're not dreaming...
