The delay on voting the health care bill is a really good thing. 1. It allows it to be read - assuming it is released. 2. It allows it to be financially analyzed - assuming it is released. 3. It allows time for the mid year budget review to be released - assuming it is honest. If it is released, read, honestly costed and passed with public support - it might be a good bill.
