I do not believe that someone with such a consistently weak understanding of economics, history, and the guiding legal document of our nation and its language merited admission to Columbia University or Harvard law school. Nor can I imagine how anyone could have merited graduation from these institutions (let alone edited the Harvard Law Review, the most prestigious legal publication of its kind) with these deficiencies.

That makes Obama the poster child for affirmative action. Is it any wonder that they've got all his college papers locked away somewhere?

I'm a bit more cynical than the author. Obama may be a Constitutional lawyer but whereas most would study the Constitution and marvel at its checks and balances, Obama IMO studied it to find all the weaknesses with the intent of using them to further negate the document. He's more likely to view its repressive effects on Gov't as a bad thing.... I mean, how can we follow the new rights of FDRs constitution without destroying the old one?
