Guess what's happening today?

Maybe, our time has finally come.

Consider this:

O/S shares: 130 MM
Float: 87 MM
Today's action: Price going up on relatively benign volume

Could it be that finally the # of shares in the hands of traders is diminishing and the number in the hands of long term holders (institutions) is finally at the point where supply is low? If so, we can expect some very good price appreciation over the next several weeks.

Keep in mind that with 4 MM shares trading each day, there has to come a point, as long as we're seeing institutional interest, that the active float is so low that the selling pressure subsides substantially. Just a happy thought for the day.
