Since I am short a EUR contract at 1.4069 (so Im behind 10 pips which is, given all others today, practically zilch, and a EUR devaluation) I am clearly alert. But your´re right it should have bounced more, given that it lost 300 points in the days before (if it does not behave, I cover). The pound was less pleasant and I took it off.

THere is another thing which clearly shows European QE, the german bund futures rallies another day (+50), the ECB must be busy buying up the contract. This and that weakens the EUR.
