Different officials from HI have contradicted themselves over time about exactly what is in their files, making the certification somewhat less than credible. It also doesn't alleviate the problem of posting a doctored Birth Registration Notice. That's fraud that the American Public should not tolerate on it's face, even if there is a real Birth Registration Notice. Birth Registation Notices also are not legal documents. Only the long form Birth Certificate is a legal document. Obama has paid big $$ to lawyers defending various suits on this matter. Why pay big $$ when all you have to do is release the long form birth certificate. It isn't logical unless something is seriously wrong.
