Put Icahn into jail - XO shareholders will take 55 cents There must be some way to stop a public theft like Carl Icahn by our legal system. Many XO investors are even willing to take $0.55/share at a big loss to put Carl Icahn into jail. The company is likely worth at least $3.50-$4 a share. I can only hope that either Icahn is making an opening offer in hopes of keeping the sale price at a number that he feels he can still rape everyone .... or someone else steps in and makes an open offer for something $2.00 or higher. I too said some time ago that I would sell for $2.00 though my original target was $3.00 Everything is negotiable in Carl's world. Perhaps he really is willing to go higher. One thing is sure, no matter what happens, he is going to come out ahead of the rest of us. At $2.00 ... he will more than double his money IMHO over 2-5 years .... probably triple by the 5 year mark. This is, naturally, not good enough for this greedy SOB... but hopefully some amount of justice will force him to accept this. My other hope is that someone arrests Carl Icahn and puts him in jail for around 20 years. I might even take .55 a share if I could be sure he would do 20 years inside. It just might be worth it.
