Izzy, LGND went up just under a point yesterday, which is slightly less than AGPH on a percentage basis (and it was up another 3/4 early this morning. A move from 13 1/2 to 15 1/2 is a significant rise in 24 hours, so I wouldn't consider it "flat" as you indicated in your post). The article I linked actually talked about AGPH as well as several other Biotechs.
