Foreign travel costs, staying abroad costs, medical care to foreigners in Cuba isn't free .... so your mythical impoverished American with no healthcare couldn't afford this either. You liberals and your communist paradise fantasies. I'm not against competition and furthermore I wish I could make you liberal fantasizers of Cuban paradise depend on Cuban health care.
