Just had my 69 cougar convertible towed to the local GM dealer so I could get my $4500.00 down on my new SS Camaro. Going to drive it to my local Realty Executives office and pick up a nice 4 bedroom 3 bath on a short sale all courtesy of Barney Frank.

Of course BofA is taking 8 to 12 months to process short sales so 12% unemployment might blow the whole house of cards away before I sign escrow docs.
