<This is a good prospect for Faroudja Technology. S3 MX chip is in the new Panasonic Notebook I wonder why S3 never announced the design win with Panosonic their notebook is the first to ship with a DVD player. Makes you wonder. I hope we see more Panasonic products with S3 components, maybe a Faroudja board for enhanced analog HTDV quality playback from a DVD drive.> Let me tell you why they did not make the announcement. As I have mentioned here many times before, their P.R. Department which is headed by Sandy & Kelly is extreemly naive and unprofessional. I do not know where they recurited these brain surgeons from, but they are just terrible. They do not know how the P.R. game is played. They need a true professional and heavy hitter at this position, not Sandy & Kelly. We know and announce more about what is happening with S3, their products, their customers and design wins than they do. THEY SHOULD BE FIRED, ALONG WITH GARY JOHNSON AT THE TOP.
