So, what happens when he is required under the law to provide insurance for his employees?

The answer, of course, is that he is going to close his f*cking doors. Putting people out of work.

Some free advice: Don't cancel your insurance. Raise prices, drive an older car, fire a person and cover that workload by working 18 hours a day. But don't be an idiot.
