hi nnillionaire...we have bluetooth devices, but you can't 'force' employees to use them....this is especially true for 'short hop' types of trips, far easier and quicker to toss the phone on the console or seat....for example, one of the problems we have is texting from one particular driver's SON....

he's a young boy, has a cell phone, and texts his dad (divorced) NUMEROUS times a day....often just to say 'hi, love you dad' messages like that....the point is during the time he is READING the text message, his eyes are off the road, if you're driving 50 mph, those 5 or 10 seconds (the time it takes you to FOCUS your eyes on the text and then read the message) can be fatal

at this point, i'm pretty sure we can have texting disabled (while still paying for it via the data package) but in my research on this, so far i'm seeing conflicting answers

i see people texting in their vehicles FREQUENTLY, it's a joke...it really should be disabled while the phone is in motion automatically
