I'll step up, Robert, & share what I know: News hits t'net's thread quicker than it hits t'presses, esp. down here in the states, ok? So.... if 1)t'lawyers R successful, this thread'll tell us so. 2)they're successful in reaching into Brokerage house assets for settlement, then hell, I may even join in the fun. 3)basically t'lawyers are the only ones to get rich, then I'll weigh my $0.02c per share recovery against the PIA of filling out paperwork to register my claim & photocopy confirm slips against what the NET TO ME recovery amt. would be, and then decide whether or not it's worth t'paperwork hassle. How does it work? Well, first of all, if previous experience in class actions suits is appropo... someone will post on here that: 1)Legal firm XYZ succeeded. 2)Address of said legal firm. 3)Instructions as to what forms to ask for and what proof to furnish. 4)Deadline date by which to furnish proof and completed forms. 5)Then you wait for winning law firm to cut the check from their trust account. Anyway you look at it, Robert... forget about this for about 5 years the way I figure it... then chk this thread for any news. There still will be a thread. And Don Clarke's piddly group will still be crowing and blowing. Otherwise...forget about it until it happens. OR....Tell y'what... Ask someone you trust on the thread to keep your e*mail address in their computer address book and notify you when the dust settles. Good investing...(say in CSN!) O/49r PS...expect t'hear the clarke group pop up and take a shot at my reply...doesn't change my experience or understanding of how the process works...nor does it change the fact, I stood up and provided you the first reply to your great question!
