I do not know about mining finance but I can tell you if things do not change quite quickly in availability of loans regarding everyday commercial finance, IE: apartment buildings 8-100 units, smaller to mid size high rises, strip malls to larger malls, and personal small to large business loans the problems we have seen from the residential real estate bubble will seem small.

But of course those not affected by job loss, loss of medical insurance, loss of business cash flow, loss of monthly income, loss of shelter etc. do not think there are any problems in our current environment. And of course for now many are not affected.

But IMO as I said a few years back things were brewing in residential things in commercial are brewing that are not good. One can google and read the negative but for commercial ventures right now not a lot of bright spots. JMO and based upon anecdotal evidence from people I know who have spent their entire careers in commercial appraising or lending and they are not hurting but have an understanding of what is going on that I believe may have validity.
