I have owned stock in Telepanel since about 1988. I have seen their technology and how it operates. This should be a great merger for both ERSI and TLSIF. Of the two systems I firmly believe that Telepanel has the upper hand but needs the financial capability of ERSI to really market the system big time. This should make this company the world leader in a badly needed technology to help reduce costs for any store that has a constant shelfing system and manual pricing. Just think of the many stores that needs the system!!
