no, the cars have to be NO OLDER than 25 years

and if it is an S80 it could qualify as a 'clunker' according to the government guidelines of 18 mph or less

i don't know what model it is, but your statement begs the question, why would someone deliberately seize up an engine of a car like this?

the guy who posted up the video said the car was in good condition and that wholesale value was $4200
