Oliver Lennox-King
Chairman
Mr. Lennox-King has been a member of the Board of Directors of Fronteer since 2003. He has 21 years of senior experience in the mining industry with involvement in marketing and administration. He also spent 11 years as a mining analyst with a brokerage company. Mr. Lennox-King has spent the last 12 years in executive positions and directorships with junior mining companies. In addition to serving as the Chairman of the Board of Fronteer Development, he also serves on the Boards of a number of Canadian resources companies including Metallica Resources, Tiomin Resources, and Dumont Nickel. He was the co-founder and Chairman of Pangea Goldfields as well as the co-founder and President of Tiomin Resources.

Mark O'Dea
President and CEO, Director
Dr. O’Dea has been recognized by the Financial Post and Globe & Mail for raising over $320 million in equity financings and building an outstanding exploration team that has developed a sizable portfolio of advanced-stage gold and copper-gold assets, as well as one of the world’s largest primary deposits of uranium. Under Dr. O’Dea’s leadership, Fronteer has become ranked among the Top 50 Strongest publicly traded companies in B.C. for its significant capital, liquidity and asset values. Previous to Fronteer, Dr. O’Dea worked with SRK Consulting and founded Riftore Consulting, providing structural advice on mineral exploration for client companies around the world. Dr. O’Dea is also President and CEO of Aurora Energy Resources and has served as a member of the Board of Frontera Copper Corporation. Dr. O’Dea graduated from Carleton University in 1989 with a B.Sc. (Hons.) degree in Geology. He then completed his Ph.D. in Structural Geology at Monash University in 1995 and subsequently held a one-year Postdoctoral Research Fellowship.

Lyle Hepburn
Director
Mr. Hepburn holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Queen's University, a Diploma of Business Administration from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Saskatchewan. Mr. Hepburn has been practicing business and commercial law for 30 years. He is a partner in the Toronto law firm of Beach, Hepburn LLP. Since co-founding Beach, Hepburn LLP in 1985, his practice has been focused primarily on advising and representing public mining and mineral exploration companies. Mr. Hepburn is a director of Gitennes Exploration Inc. and North Atlantic Resources Ltd. - mineral exploration companies listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange. He is also Corporate Secretary of Aber Diamond Corporation, a diamond company listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange and NASDAQ, and a Director or Officer of a number of private companies. Mr. Hepburn has co-authored one book on taxation entitled "Are You Paying Too Much Tax?," and authored a second book on the operation of limited partnerships in Canada entitled "Limited Partnerships."

George Bell
Director
Mr. Bell is President and CEO of Hornby Bay Exploration Limited, a junior uranium and diamond exploration company. He has more than 36 years of experience in the international natural resources sector. From 1967 to 1996, he held several senior executive positions with the Noranda Group of companies. Mr. Bell holds a B.Sc. in Business Administration from the University of North Dakota and has held directorships and executive positions in the Americas, Asia, and Europe. He is also a Director of Weda Bay Minerals Inc. listed on the Toronto Stock Exchange.

Donald McInnes
Director
Mr. McInnes holds a B.A. from Dalhousie University. From 1987 to 1993, he was project manager for Equity Engineering, a mineral exploration consulting company based in Vancouver. Since 1993, Mr. McInnes has founded five public companies, three of them involved in mineral exploration and two in the technology sector. Mr. McInnes is currently vice-chair and CEO of Plutonic Power Corp. He is Past-President of the B.C. and Yukon Chamber of Mines, a Director of the Pacific Mineral Museum and the Prospectors and Developers Association of Canada, and an Advisory Board member to the Mining School at the British Columbia Institute of Technology.

Jo Mark Zurel
Director
Mr. Zurel is a Chartered Accountant and from 2006 has been President of Stonebridge Capital Inc., an investment company. From 1998 to 2006, Mr. Zurel was Senior Vice-President and Chief Financial Officer of CHC Helicopter Corporation, the world's largest helicopter operating company. He is also a director of Major Drilling International Inc. and Newfoundland Power Inc. Mr. Zurel holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dalhousie University.

Scott Hand
Director
Mr. Hand was the Chairman and CEO of Inco Limited from 2002 until his retirement in 2007. Prior to that, he was the President of Inco and held positions in Strategic Planning, Business Development, and Law. Inco has been a major global Canadian-based resources enterprise and a leading producer and marketer of nickel and other metals. Mr. Hand serves on the boards of a number of not-for-profit institutions, including the Ontario Heritage Trust. He received a JD from Cornell University and a BA from Hamilton College.
