New Contract:
In May, Micronetics was designated the primary supplier of components for
the initial phase of a new, international satellite communications system
that will gather environmental data. It is estimated that over 100,000
units will be required over the next two years.

Patents:
The company received its first U.S. patent in 1971 and continues to develop
new products to satisfy customer requirements. The company's latest patent
was for the MicroCal Module, a one-of-a-kind integrated circuit that
facilitates self-monitoring in virtually all types of wireless equipment,
including mobile handsets, subscriber units and base stations.
New Products:
Micronetics has placed more emphasis on the test equipment line, developing
and introducing four new pieces of test equipment in the last year alone.
New products and services for this year include switches for the commercial
wireless marketplace, twenty-four hour delivery now available for built-in
