US fallen reads from 405.000 to 292.000 people in WWII. That's very little for a campaign of such magnitude if you compare with the millions that died in the conflict

I keep saying: US military today would be a fraction if they have had the civilian casualties and the hunger deaths caused by the war.

When Bush was trying to go to Iraq, I was saying in the BBR Thread that Iraq as a USD250 per capita income coiuntry debilitated by a decade of blockade.

They just should take Saddam and send him with his family somewhere (like with Ferdinand Marcos and the Iran's Shah)rather than invade. Now what we have? Many heroes again who won a war against Iraq.
